I was running ping test through cmd last night. I ran ping test with 1.1.1.1, google.com, 8.8.8.8, and 104.160.131.3 ( riot NA league of legends server). Only had packet loss with the League's Server IP. Next I tried it on another desktop (hooked with ethernet of course) same result only getting packet loss in league of legends.
